Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is dispatched an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.It is important to make sure your email and delivery details are accurate when you place an order. Customers should keep track of their order as it makes its way to them, so that they can be informed in case of any difficulties with the delivery and avoid having the package sent back to Belly Bands.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping address. If you let us know prior to dispatch we can update it for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to change it.
Shipping Protection
Covers lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. This fee is automatically added to your cart for convenience but can be unselected at checkout.
Return to Sender Fee
If your parcel is uncollected or undelivered due to incorrect customer address or for non pick up from your local post office, Australia post charges $15 to have the parcel returned to Belly Bands. This fee is passed onto the customer when secondary shipping is organised from Belly Bands or deducted from the refund amount if the products are no longer needed.
Belly Bands use only reputable delivery services to ensure parcel delivery, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, Delays with Covid 19 etc.) - Read Full Delivery Policy.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
We have an easy returns process for any unopened item within 28 days of purchase. *Please keep in mind products classified as personal hygiene items (such as our Belly Band products) cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened due to being worn directly on the skin, near and on the pubic area and over surgical wounds. This policy ensures that our customers always have access to brand new garments each time they shop with us.

Well worth the purchase
The Belly Band does exactly what it says it does and more. I got it because of round ligament pain and it has helped limit those pains. Wearing it reminds me to watch how I bend and pick up things. It takes a little bit to get used to sleeping in it but it has made sleep more comfortable. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I am excited to try out all the other items from the Deluxe Maternity Bundle as and when I need them.

I obviously did not read the finer detail so was so surprised to see how much came with the Deluxe Kit. From the tea to the alcohol wipes, everything is useful. Compression socks have been very helpful as I move through the third trimester. The belly band has provided both support for my lower back and a general peace of mind as I'm out walking the dog or going about my day that I'm not going to topple over!! Great value for money.
